Every business requires their staff to work well together in a team environment. This course is designed to encourage your staff to work well with each other and use the different strengths and weaknesses of team members to achieve common goals.

 

Over a period of 4 hours, the participants are lead through a number of activities and discussions, which will challenge individuals and highlight the need to work together to achieve results. These activities are also a great way to highlight natural leaders, and observe communication and management ability.

 

By getting the participants out of their traditional workplace and into a relaxed and fun environment, the learning becomes a lot more natural and autonomous, and also allows participants to mix with their peers in a different environment, getting to know their different attributes.
