Facing conflict in the workplace or every day life is not uncommon, however very few people have the skills to manage these situations effectively. This course is designed to teach participants how to recognise early signs of conflict and manage situations before they get to a point of damaging relationships and having negative effects on the workplace.


This course is part of a continuation from the PD02 Leadership Course, with the aim of providing a suite of programs to give employees, particularly those in management positions, or with a future in management, the multiple skills needed to develop their own leadership and management styles.


Building on the skills and knowledge gained during the Leadership Course participants step their way through different techniques for identifing potential conflicts, addressing contributing factors, and ways to achieve amicable resolutions.
